Simone is a world-traveler, adventure seeker, and treasure hunter. Here, under the hot, desert sun, in the shadow of the ancient pyramids looming in the background, is the culmination of years of research and translating ancient texts to take her to this very spot. Apparently, though, she’s not the first adventurer to seek this particular treasure, and failed—what dangers lurk beneath the shifting sands, and will Simone find the treasure and escape with her life, or will she, too, end up a desiccated pile of bones, waiting to greet the next adventurer in line?
