After years of scrimping and saving, Lorrie has finally bought a real house! It seems pretty amazingly lucky that she was able to find such a huge house—a mansion, really--on the market for not much more than the price of her tiny condo, and even more amazing that no one even tried to beat her ridiculously low asking price. Perhaps the best part of all about her new house, though, is that so many of the previous owner’s possessions were just left behind! This awesome hutch with its funky knick knacks, the big, soft armchair that is so comfortable she could just die in it! and, coolest of all, toys that seem to just appear in whatever room she happens to be in! The doll especially likes to follow her around, which is super cute but sort of annoying, because it's so easy to trip over—Lorrie simply cannot wait until her daughter comes back from summer camp so she can see their wonderful new home!
